The Process
How it Works

FOR ALL PRODUCTS:
Once you have placed and paid for your order, I will reach out to you regarding next steps. If you have any questions or concerns about this process, please feel free to reach out to me and we can chat about the creation of your unique product!

FOR QUILTING:
Once you have paid for your order organize your items according to my shipping policy, listed below. Costs cover the backing, batting, border fabric, binding, along with stabilizer, thread, and the time it takes to create your custom product. I only use 100% cotton fabrics and apply a cotton stabilizer to clothing to ensure the best quality product for you. Your quilt will be finished using a meandering quilting stitch, unless specified otherwise. Please know that any scraps of clothing remaining will be discarded, unless you have indicated otherwise. Any unused clothing will be returned to you, with your order.

Please allow 6-8 weeks for completion, depending upon how many orders are in queue. I will share photos and maintain communication with you throughout the stages of production. I will work with you on the layout and design, as well as the colors preferred for the backing and borders. Shipping Policy
What You Need to Know
All shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, I will include the return shipping cost with my final quote.
For a quilt, please wash all clothing items with no fabric softeners before shipping. Do not cut clothing before shipping, I will cut them according to size for your desired pattern. If there are specific pieces you would like included or excluded from a product, please indicate so on a note attached to each item.

Stitch Therapy Quilts by Nicole will never share your information with third-party sellers. If you submit a testimonial, please know that your full name will not be disclosed, and any photos or statements shared with me through a public forum may be posted.
